Sunday March 4th
Another morning in paradise! Birds singing are so nice to wake up to! A great night of sleep, after a fun evening of party!
Breakfast of fruit and toast gets
me going, and the fresh OJ is a wonderful start to the day. I visit with the staff here a bit, and walk
down to the
I am down to load the CD player with a photo disk, so the TV is showing the folks photos, when Wicho mentions the hair seems to be a bit long. We get out the shears, and I am soon in the barber chair getting a buzz cut, as short as possible. Now I should be able to go faster!! And the sunscreen is so much easier to put on with the short hair!!
I stroll back to the apartment, and finish the daily posting, while sipping some juice, and looking out the amazing view of the beach, office life is good here! I also did a small amount of work, emails and such, and after completion, it’s off to the center for more fun.
The wind was a tad light today, but still fully rideable with the bigger kit, and many were out for the fun on the 5’s and 6’s! I got the wetsuit and hat on, and waded out to take some of the action to memory. A short hour later, and the card was full of some 600 images! Some good stuff, hard not to snap the fun! The wind was not quite big enough for the spoiled short-boarder I am, and I just made a lazy trip to shore for chat and happy hour vs the usual sail session. (I know, I’m a spoiled wind brat!)
The happy hour table grew quickly,
and soon we made the plans for dinner at Atti. We got a fun group of eight of us,
After I said good bye to Frank, our waiter, we started the walk down the hill to our ‘homes’. I stopped in and visited my old digs Casa Rita, and was impressed at the condition of the place, looking good! Got to visit with Rodger and Fredrick, along with the staff for a short bit, and then it was off to bed. Todo la dia es perfecto otra vez!!
