Wednesday February 28th
The morning is again wonderful, as I wake for another day. Love to throw open the patio doors, and windows and let the sounds of the town waking up filter in. Tons of birds singing away the folks out for a morning walk, and the employees coming to work. Very pleasant rise to greet the day!
The breakfast of fruit and toast was tasty, after this I went to the Vela center for visits, and dropped the CD in the player for those who wish to see the photos. After some chat with everyone, I went back to the room for some posting work and iPod listening. After a couple hours of work, it was back to the beach for more.
Some folks were on their way home, while others were just getting in. I said some goodbyes, and more hello’s as the center filled with new clients. Always nice to see the familiar faces each year!
I saw the 5’s and six size sails were out, and got out to the water for some action capture. Plenty of people to shoot today, and the memory filled quick, See photos here.
After another fun photo session, I got out for some rides of my own with the 6.4M and the 111lt board. Plenty of wind for this kit, and I was soon rippin back and forth, and catching some small but fun air! It was a late start for me, so after an hour or two, it was time to get back to the beach, and on to happy hour.
The tables were filled with folks,
as we sipped our beers and kaparinas, and made plans
for Mobu once again. Rodger,
After some table chat for a bit, we split up, and a group of us guys went back to my pad for a jibe video Rodger brought. Nice to have the TV and DVD in the room! Thanks El Yaque Club! The evening ended as we finished the DVD, and we all went off to bed, with dreams of the perfect jibe tomorrow. Peace out!
Hasta,
Timo
