Sunday March 19^th

Today the sun is again shining, and the wind is looking promising for today! The breakfast was again fabulous! We had the eggs again today, and the microwave to melt some cheese on top is super special! I made full use of the hot sauce, and shared with those willing to take the heat!

The feast was complete, and I went down to the Wind Guru Café for another internet session. Plenty of fun sitting and listening to tunes, and occasionally watching the big screen. With the uploads complete, I made way for the beach, and the Vela Office.

Some Cd burning for the slide show on the TV, and then it was time for some lunch! I couldn’t help but order two hotdogs from Gerry’s bar, and feasted on them with a side of fries! So bad for me, yet so darn tasty!

After lunch it was time for some photo action! The crowd was out planning on 4’s thru 6’s, and it was time to capture some of the fun out on the water! I had more than enough willing clients posing for the cam, and quickly filled the memory! Good session and no near run-overs today! (See the photos here.)

The photos done, I got out the 91lt board and a 6.4m for a super fun session on the agua! I went out to windsurf, and a race broke out! Steve and I hammered a couple runs back and forth, chasing and being chased and I finally passed him both directions! Have not done this yet this trip! That’s why they call him the “Steve of speed”! He even gave me a huge ego boost when we got to shore, and gave me a bow! Such fun racing with the best sailors! Great 1.5Hr session!!! Diggin life man!

The sailing complete for the day, it was happy hour! Tom and Kathy even came down and joined the fun! A great time chatting and drinking, all having fun! Marylyn just got in that eve, and we treated her to the first Kaparina of the season! Very fun happy hour!

The group decided to meet for supper at the Atti restaurant, and we had a group of 9 for the dinner together. Plenty of chat and stories of the days fun to share over the awesome chicken and steak! Excellent feasting!

Tired from the days exertions, we each made the way to bed, and rest for the day ahead!
