Monday March 13th
Another day starting with some drizzle. Not a good sign for the wind pattern, but only fools and tourists predict the wind! J
After a filling breakfast, it was time to relax for a bit on the hammock. This turned into a good solid siesta, and I was awakened by the wind in the palms, inviting me to get out for a ride!
I got to the center around one, and waded out for some more photo fun. Alexi was out today ripping some awesome tricks, and I managed some pretty amazing stills, and even a few short video clips! (See the photo fun here!) You can see the various videos at the following links: (Warning; these are big files, greater than 10 megs each!)

Hope these work for you, always a trick to get videos to play right. Enjoy.
The memory was full, and it was time to get a ride of my own! I grabbed Mike’s 102Lt and the 6.4M sail for a brilliant late afternoon session! I was lucky to join Lorenzo for some of the best Dolphin imitation jump fest yet! What a total blast ripping off the huge swell on the outside, chasing each other, and constant flashes of the JP logo from each of our airborne leaps! I almost caught him on the way out, and he almost caught me on the way in! Such an extra rush being in the informal race with him! A total blast! Thanks Dude!
I noted Amy and Carl had been on the water during the photo shoot, and when finished with the ride, I met them and the rest of the crowd at happy hour for some Mexican tequila shots at happy hour! Very fun time had by all! Soon we made plans for Gabby’s grill for supper, and retired to the rooms for preparation.
We met there, and had a slow but tasty meal of Mexican, Thai, and local BBQ! Hummm Hummm Good! And don’t forget the apple pie and ice cream! Good friends, good food, and great chat!
Most were beat, and headed home,
but I stayed for some dancing with Katrina and the other local girls, sharing a
great time together! Soon I was sweaty
and tired enough to amble over to the new foosball table for some friendly
competition! I was lucky enough to share
the table with a Canadian named Doug, and he was a great front man, to my
goalie play. We held the table till
almost
Now tired and ready for bed, I walked home under the near full moon, letting the cool breeze dry me off before hitting the hay, for more fun tomorrow!
Hasta mañana.
