Wednesday April 13

After a full 16 hours of sleep, I was finally back to some sort of normalcy!  I joined Connie and friends for some breakfast, best meal of the day!  Plenty to share and some great coffee to talk over!

We made our way to the beach for a lighter wind day, lots of 6+M sailing before noon, but the clouds were breaking up slowly, with the promise of more wind to come.  As soon as folks were on the 5’s, I made ready for another photo shoot.  For those interested the web photos are here.

After a sampling of the wind conditions from the water, I made my choice to sail a 6.4M and the 98lt JP.  Of course this was very powered!  I was fully happy with the extra power, and made many a speed run back and forth till near closing!  Much better than sleeping!  Glad the fever was gone, and made full use of the new body!

Connie had been on a number of sails and boards again, she started with a 5.2M/91lt then switched to a 84lt then a 77 lt.  Later in the day she took out a 5.0/77lt for fun in the waves sailing on the outside with Gerry and Brian.  Good time had by all!  She quit early to get ready for the 6 O’clock massage, and I joined in with the happy hour crowd.

Another great evening and we all had fun chatting over drinks.  I left early to meet Connie on the way out of the massage, and we returned to the room for a shower, to get ready for dinner at la terraza.  Good chicken for all, and we were soon full and content, ready for bed.  Another day tomorrow!
