Some light wind this morning, might finally be able to catch up on the web reports! I’ve had a couple nights with no connection, and have been lazy on the reports, hence the delay for a couple days. I was late getting up, and ate breakfast solo. Feel like a king, terrace to myself, and a beautiful view of the garden as I eat my fruit and eggs! Ahhhhhh.
Wind was still light, so I brought the laptop to the center for some photo edit/web page fun. Sitting in the center office, listening to the equipment and clients going in and out, gives me a clue to the lighter slalom conditions. I did get to see plenty of guys full on planning with the 6.4 and 6.9m, on some bigger boards. I was again a snob, and waited for something stronger in the afternoon. I should have taken the wind that was available, as it dropped thru the afternoon. Not a problem, time for some hacky-sack!
A great afternoon session with mis chamos de Vela! Muy bien jugar! Plenty of time in the air! We had an hour or so and finally stopped, to close up the center. Nice workout! Time for happy hour, and a slide show!
I powered up the laptop, and showed the past couple days photos to my friends around the table, a short session, and then it was time to watch the volleyball game in progress! Some fine play, as we drank our beers and libations on the sidelines. A nice end to the daylight hours!
A group of
us were ready for some Mobu pizza, and decided to
meet up there. The pizzeria was closed
for the evening, and the party was moved on down to Mare Mare. A nice selection of food for all, and some
fun conversation! Another successful

The now standard close of the day is a trip to Ipenema Chillout, for some relaxation to the lounge music, in the hammocks and bean bag chairs. Such an excellent life! After getting completely chilled out, it was time for bed, and the group of us dwindled out, one by one. Off to sleep.
