Palms dancing, wind blowing, another day of wind?  The breakfast to energize, and prep the body for more fun, and it’s time to hit the beach!

I was again drawn to the water to capture some last shots of some more departing friends that I’ve had the pleasure to sail with.  I was having a blast seeing the attempts of all types in front of the world web cam in my hands!  Everyone likes to show their best, and it’s so cool so many are willing to!  I exhausted the memory, and had to go in with willing participants still strutting for the camera!  I really enjoy the action of it all!  Here’s the best of the card:

  Another fantastic photo shoot!

I was now ready to rock, and got the 8’4” Maui Project, 80L, with a 5.2m sail!  I just love that I have enough wind to sail this stuff!!  Another fantastic afternoon shred session, ripping up the water and kissing the air!  I’m a freed bird from the cage of gravity, soaring in the fleeting support of the wind on the wing in my hands!

Ahh to fly, to leap; to leap, perchance to dream!  Aye! There’s the jump!  For in that leap of breadth, what dreams may come when we have shuffled off this portal foil!  Enough Shakespeare already!

The session was superb, but it was time to get ready for a massage!  I ran into Alex, and took a shot of the hand cast from the breakage of yesterday!  OUCH! Busted a couple bones in his hand!  Have to wait a few weeks to surf again!  Get Well Alex!  I also managed the ‘after’ shots of his bike that was painted, here it is:

The ‘before’ pics are on the 02-29-04 page.

After this, I cleaned up, and got on the table for Maribel to work on the sore spots!  Another heavenly rub-down and now oiled up and ready for the evening supper!  Eight of us joined up for some BBQ at Gaby’s.  Plenty of ribs, chicken, steak, and sides for all, and a healthy round of conversation and a few drinks mixed in.  Plenty of laughter to go around as well!

We made for the Ipanema, to do some more chillin’, and relaxed under the blanket of stars.  After a good chill session, it was time for some cappuccinos, and chocolate dessert at Da Rocco!  We finally finished the day with a stroll on the beach, before heading off to sleep!  Paradise!
