Some clouds in the morning, yielded the sky to the wind during breakfast, and the sun came on, promising a possible windy afternoon! We have the AM vacation routine down! Sweet life having breakfast just downstairs, after a great night sleep! The fruit is so fresh! Treated like royalty every morning, digging’ it!

Plenty of great swell on the outside today! Some huge rolling smoothies to launch off of, and ride the jibe on! I was really peakin’ off my 1m bigger than needed sail! I should have moved down a sail size to the 5.9, or 5.7, when I switched boards, but just couldn’t stop crankin’ some huge freekin’ air! MAN that board can fly! I did have to really work it to keep from spinning out, but well worth the effort, as the air time was STELLAR!
Without my GPS altimeter, I can’t accurately say what my jumps were, but I’m sure most were in the logo to mast high range! I know a couple felt exactly like some of the biggest I have experienced, (15-22 ft)! Still, the mind is often wrong on these types of measure, when it’s racing with endorphins from the jump rush!
Connie found the camera, and came out to get some elusive shots of the camera-man on the water. So here they are. Proof that I do exist, and sail! Some fun clowning around, and then rode till closing. Excellent Session!
At happy hour we had another fun show of tricks from the local pros, sipping our Kaparinia’s watching the display! We did some discussion, and got a crowd together to go to Atti restaurant for dinner.
As always the steaks we had were all just perfect, and the atmosphere made the dinner another one for the books! Such great food for soo cheap! We bid our farewells for the nite, and went off to bed. More fun is forecast for tomorrow!
